Hyperthymesia, the Ability to Relive a Life Experience
Walter also offers a technique to make you in an instant story teller.
Typically after laughter, a laughter club ends in some form of meditation, sometimes using toning.
Our laughter club ends in various ways. After laughing which
relaxes everyone, I give people instruction to tell
a story about a moment in their lives in a way so that they experience
the story as if living it. They see the area they area talking about and re-experience
all the emotions they felt while having the experience.
This is a milder form of hyperthymesia. People with hyperthymesia can relive any part of their lives, but once they recall the moment they cannot turn of the feelings that show up.
The milder form of hyperthymesia can be turned on or turned off.
