How Does Performance Art fit into laughter?

A common occurrence, two friends start laughing and cannot stop. The laughter lasts throught the day. This is a form of resonance that is the central core of why people can laugh in a group. We create laughter skits to make others laugh along with us.

Take a walk on the wild side

The only skill you need to be part of a performance group is having the ability to laugh. The skits are design to give everyone a different form of expression.

Different Styles of Laughter

While laughter gets great press for being so healthy for you, two things occur during laughter that are more important.

Quiet, moments of silence during breaks in laughter are more important as it give you a chance to be more introspective. Quiet does not make demands on you.

The Inner Smile, most people are oriented in watching things in front of them thereby missing the amazing smile that forms on the faces of those laughing. We explore the different ways we observe.

Movement

The way you move your body enhances or limits how you laugh. Movement disables the judgmental part of your brain letting a more natural flow to occur.

Brain Plasticity

Any time you start a new project you do 100% of the work. A few days later you do 80% of the job and the brain takes care of the other 20%.

Over time you do 20% or less and your brain and body does the rest. We use laughter to show you how this works.

Meditation

We use a natural form of meditation (something you do daily but don't pay attention to) to show you how you can laugh from the inside.
